- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Usage Data
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. Where the collection of Usage Data depends on non-essential Tracking Technologies, that data is only collected after You have provided affirmative opt-in consent through Our CMP.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
If You consent to functionality, analytics, and/or advertisement Cookies as described below, We (and Our Service Providers) may also collect data about how You navigate and interact with the Service, including mouse movements, clicks, scroll behavior, page sequence, and similar interaction signals. This is described in more detail in the Tracking Technologies and Cookies section.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
Our Consent-First Approach
We use Cookies and similar Tracking Technologies on the Service. By default, all non-essential Tracking Technologies are disabled when You first visit the Website. No analytics, functionality, or advertisement Cookies, pixels, beacons, tags, scripts, session replay tools, heatmapping tools, or similar technologies are loaded, fired, or used to collect information about You unless and until You provide affirmative, opt-in consent through Our consent banner.
This consent-first approach applies to all visitors, including (but not limited to) residents of California for purposes of the California Invasion of Privacy Act ("CIPA"), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and any visitor protected by similar state or federal law.
The only Cookies that may be set before You interact with the consent banner are strictly necessary Cookies required to operate the Website, deliver the consent banner itself, and record Your consent choice.
When You first arrive on the Website, We display a consent notice that reads substantially as follows:
This website stores cookies on your computer. These cookies are used to collect information about how you interact with our website and allow us to remember you. We use this information in order to improve and customize your browsing experience and for analytics and metrics about our visitors both on this website and other media. To find out more about the cookies we use, see our Privacy Policy.
If you decline, your information won't be tracked when you visit this website. A single cookie will be used in your browser to remember your preference not to be tracked.
You may then click Accept, click Decline, or click Cookie Settings to make granular choices among four categories: Necessary, Functionality, Analytics, and Advertisement.
If You decline, You may still use the Service. Non-essential Tracking Technologies will not be loaded. You can change Your choice at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings link on the Website.
Cookie Categories
The Website organizes Cookies and other Tracking Technologies into four categories. Only the Necessary category is active by default. The other three categories load only after You opt in for that specific category through Our consent banner.
Necessary Cookies are required for the Website to function and to record Your consent choices. These cannot be switched off.
Functionality Cookies allow the Website to remember choices You make (such as language preference or login state) and provide enhanced, more personal features.
Analytics Cookies allow Us and Our Service Providers to count visits and traffic sources, understand how visitors move through the Website, measure performance, and identify usability issues. This category includes session replay and heatmapping technologies (described below) which record Your interactions with pages — including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and the sequence of pages You view — to help Us identify and fix usability problems. These technologies do not record what You type into password fields, and We have configured them to mask sensitive form inputs. They do not capture the content of communications with other parties.
Advertisement Cookies are used to build a profile of Your interests, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and show You relevant advertisements on other websites. These Cookies may share data with Our advertising partners.
Specific Cookies and Tracking Technologies in Use
The table below lists the Tracking Technologies deployed on the Service. We use Google Tag Manager to deploy these tags conditionally — meaning each tag is configured to fire only when You have granted consent for the corresponding category through Our consent banner. We also implement Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft Clarity Consent V2 so that consent signals are passed through to Google and Microsoft properties in a privacy-safe manner.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction.

Security of Your Personal Data

Notice to California Residents (CIPA, CCPA/CPRA)
If You are a California resident, the following additional disclosures apply to You.
California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA)
We use an opt-in Consent Management Platform that prevents non-essential Tracking Technologies from loading or transmitting any information until You have affirmatively consented through Our consent banner. This includes analytics Cookies, session replay and heatmapping tools (Microsoft Clarity), advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Simpli.fi), and any similar technologies described above.
By accepting Analytics Cookies through Our consent banner, You expressly consent to the recording of Your interactions with the Service through Microsoft Clarity session replay and heatmapping, including the recording of mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, page navigation, and similar interaction data, for the purpose of improving the Service. By accepting Advertisement Cookies, You expressly consent to the deployment of advertising pixels that share data about Your interactions with the Service with third-party advertising partners for measurement, attribution, and remarketing purposes.
We do not deploy any Tracking Technology on the Service that functions as a "pen register" or "trap and trace device" within the meaning of California Penal Code sections 638.50–638.51 without Your consent. We do not intercept, eavesdrop on, or record the content of confidential communications between You and any third party, and We do not record what You type into form fields beyond information You deliberately submit to Us.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- Know what categories and specific pieces of Personal Data We have collected about You, the sources of that data, the purposes for collecting it, and the third parties with whom We share it.
- Delete Personal Data We have collected from You.
- Correct inaccurate Personal Data We maintain about You.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of Your Personal Data, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Global Privacy Control
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing of Personal Data for California residents.
"Sale" and "Sharing" Under California Law
Some of the Tracking Technologies described in this Policy — particularly advertisement Cookies provided by Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Simpli.fi — may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Data under the CCPA/CPRA, because data about Your interactions with the Service is transmitted to those advertising partners for advertising purposes. We only enable these technologies when You have consented to the Advertisement category in Our consent banner, and We will not enable them if You have transmitted a Global Privacy Control signal or otherwise opted out.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
