How We Operate
- These are not W-2 positions. CFOs are paid based on actual services provided to clients.
- We operate under a License Agreement model. An upfront investment is required to join the FocusCFO team—demonstrating your commitment and unlocking access to our training, resources, best practices sessions, and ongoing support.

Successful candidates must have financial stability and the ability to support themselves during a ramp-up period, which can range from six to 12 months.
