About
Will has 20+ years of experience in financial and operational management positions, including at a Fortune 500 transportation company and one of the nation's largest Non-Profits. Specific finance areas of expertise include capital investment ROI analysis, engineering, transportation, and non-profit finance. Prior to the corporate world, Will was a naval submarine officer with a nuclear engineer qualification and held a Top Secret clearance.

After his service as a naval submarine officer, which included 5 patrols (deployments), Will worked at CSX Transportation, a Fortune 500 Transportation company and one of the largest U.S. railroads. In his senior roles, Will reported to either the CFO or COO, and gained expertise in operating expense, capital planning, and payroll and headcount management. Will then worked at the Wounded Warrior Project for 5 years leading the finance and procurement teams at one of the country's largest Non-Profits, where he was able to use his corporate finance experience to maximize the efficiency of donations to multiply its impact on the Veteran population.

Will is the 4th generation of his family to live in Jacksonville, and his father, as well as both of his grandfathers, were small business owners. He is excited to use his experience to help small business owners and entrepreneurs achieve their goals for their companies.
