Prior to FocusCFO, Wendy spent her career working in a wide variety not for profits organizations including healthcare and education, where she led both finance and operations and learned how closely the two are connected. Working inside mission-driven organizations showed her what it takes to keep the numbers healthy while the team stays focused on the people they serve. Along the way, she became skilled at connecting the day-to-day numbers to the bigger goals, and today she brings that clear-eyed, down-to-earth perspective to help growing small and mid-sized businesses plan with confidence.
