Warren has more than 35 years of diverse business and finance experience that enables him to build value, achieve sustainable growth, and manage risk in the variety of companies he assists. He has experience in various industries including construction, logistics, real estate, government, non-profits, utilities and investment, while working with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. His financial background encompasses budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business valuation, M&A, and establishing turnaround and profit growth strategies.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, in addition to owning his own financial consulting business, Warren has served in a variety of finance and management roles across a wide range of industries, in a wide range of industries, serving niche companies like American House Senior Living, global construction firms such as Walbridge, and governmental bodies like the City of Detroit. He has extensive experience in helping companies manage growth and investments, as well as working in turnaround circumstances. Warren has also served on several private and public economic development boards.
Warren earned his C.P.A. with KPMG Peat Marwick, an M.B.A. from University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, and a B.A. from Magdalen College in New Hampshire.
