About
Sue joined FocusCFO in 2025, bringing over 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, and global business services. She began her career in public accounting and has worked across various industries, including consulting, services, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and general and food manufacturing. As a seasoned Strategic Executive, Sue excels in financial management, audit compliance, systems implementation, and service delivery. She is also an expert in contract negotiations, change management, relationship management, and governance, with additional experience as an educator in executive training, outsourcing processes, career development, and team building.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Sue held senior finance positions with Hubbell, ISG Consulting, Avis Budget Group, and Arthur Andersen. Her client experience includes small, medium and large, private and public companies. Sue received her MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University post completion of her bachelor’s degree in organizational communications/Speech at Northwestern University.
