About
Steve has more than 20 years’ experience in business transformation, financial analysis, planning and valuation, corporate governance, and equity/debt financing. He has advised members of the C-suite and Board with respect to company strategy, annual budgeting process, capital allocation, and investor interactions. He has built strong interpersonal relationships across companies providing services, hardware, and software to customers in a variety of industries, including IT Services, Consumer Banking, Retailers, Online Higher Education, and US Federal Government agencies. Steve and his wife Tasha live in Canal Fulton, Ohio.
