Russ has 35 years of experience in revenue growth, operations, and financial leadership across marketing services, franchising, fitness, and business-to-consumer industries. Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Russ spent over two decades building and scaling businesses across marketing services and franchising. I most recently served as a Fractional CFO and Revenue Strategy Leader at Luckie & Company, helping the agency uncover growth opportunities and strengthen financial performance.
Earlier, Russ launched and sold two Reno-based franchises—Two Men and a Truck and Orangetheory Fitness—growing both into strong, profitable operations. Prior to that, I held executive roles at Lift361 as COO/CFO/Partner and at M-Spark as VP of Operations and Finance, contributing to significant revenue growth and successful expansions.
Russ holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing and accounting from the University of Alabama.
