Experience in Public Accounting, Textile & Chemical Manufacturing, High Tech Internet Startup and Healthcare industries. Highly skilled in revenue management, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, cashflow management and profit growth for start-ups and family-owned businesses. Before FocusCFO
Ron has served in many senior executive management roles with companies like Pillowtex, E2 Communications, Palm International, Advent Health, Adventist Health and Bon Secours Mercy Health, with over 20 years of recent service at the CFO level in healthcare. Ron spent 10 years serving as the Controller and then CFO for small business. This experience included a, from the ground up, internet communication startup, a family owned chemical plating solution manufacturing business with $25 million in annual sales and a group of nursing homes that averaged $5 million to $10 million each in annual sales.
Growth has always been a big part of Ron's background, he has successfully lead all or part of due diligence for 6 acquisitions which ranged in purchase price from less than $1 million to over $400 million. He has lead forming 3 joint ventures, 1 initial public offering and several bond issuances.
Ron received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, UT.
