Richard has over 20 years of experience as a finance executive, with a focus on healthcare, real estate, nonprofit, and service-based industries. He has a proven track record of driving performance improvements, building high-performing teams, and aligning financial strategy with organizational objectives.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Richard served as a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for healthcare and not-for-profit entities, such as United Church Homes and Peregrine Health Services. He started his career in public accounting with Plante Moran.
Richard received his BSBA in Accounting and Healthcare Administration from Bowling Green State University.
