About
Oliver has over 30 years of financial management and international experience, predominantly in multi-site manufacturing companies, including medium sized private equity and family-owned businesses. His broad and diverse experience includes supporting a wide variety of businesses, evaluating investments to support growth, driving efficiencies in maturing markets to maintain cash generation, and overhauling struggling businesses through restructuring and implementing controls and process discipline.
Before FocusCFO
Oliver is a former CFO and Corporate Controller who focused on driving value through cashflow and working capital optimization, financial analysis, operational efficiencies, profit growth and turnaround plans, strategic planning, acquisition integration and contract negotiations. Oliver was educated in England, is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and has lived in the UK, France, The Netherlands and the US, and worked in various countries in Asia.
