Naomi Morin brings more than 25 years of finance and operations leadership spanning manufacturing, telecommunications, service-based industries, and retail / distribution. She has guided organizations through growth, acquisitions, and transformation, developing the financial clarity and operational discipline that drive sound strategy and sustainable results. As a collaborative and practical leader, Naomi partners with businesses to strengthen profitability, forecasting, and strategic direction across complex, multi-location environments.
Before FocusCFO
Before joining FocusCFO, Naomi Morin built a 25-year career leading finance and operations for growth-oriented public and privately organizations across telecommunications, manufacturing, industrial services, and other industries. She served as Senior Vice President of Finance for a national industrial services company, where she unified financial planning, data analytics, pricing, and field finance under one structure and advanced reporting capabilities across multiple ERPs. Previously, Naomi was Vice President of Finance for a multi-divisional manufacturer, as divisional CFO, she directed all aspects of FP&A, accounting operations, pricing, and post-acquisition integration.
Earlier in her career, she held progressive leadership roles in telecommunications, retail, and banking, where she drove strategic initiatives, led new business opportunities & turnarounds, and developed forecasting models.
Naomi holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Siena College in Loudonville, NY, and previously earned the FPAC (Financial Planning & Analysis Certification) from the Association for Financial Professionals.
- What was your favorite vacation? Exploring China’s Yangtze River and historic Shanghai before the completion of the Three Gorges Dam.
 - What is your favorite way to spend free time? Naomi loves being outdoors and especially enjoy hiking up mountain trails.
 - What is at the top of your "bucket list"? Getting back to travel -- domestically exploring the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, and the Grand Canyon. Internationally getting back to China to see the completed Three Gorges Dam and spending time in historical sites around Europe.
