Mitch began his career in public accounting with Anchin, Block & Anchin (now Anchin), focusing on audit services. He subsequently transitioned to industry roles, advancing through various organizations and eventually reaching the executive level as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

He subsequently transitioned to industry roles, advancing through various organizations and eventually reaching the executive level as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining FocusCFO, Mitch served as CFO for multiple technology companies.
He holds an MBA with a concentration in Management from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University's C.W. Post campus.
