About
Mike has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles. His most recent experience has been focusing on helping small businesses achieve their goals. Mike has worked in a wide range of industries including healthcare, environmental services, and building products. He has an extensive background in strategic planning and budgeting, systems integration, manufacturing accounting, and supply chain management.
Before FocusCFO
Mike has served in senior financial leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies such as Becton Dickinson, Westlake, and Republic Services. Over the past 2 years, Mike has worked with smaller, privately held companies providing guidance with strategic planning, profitability analysis, and staffing upgrades. Mike received his MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and previously a BS in Accounting from UMass-Dartmouth. Mike is also a Certified Management Accounting (CMA).
