Over 25 years of financial and business leadership experience across global manufacturing, consumer products, and media industries. He combines strategic expertise with hands-on leadership, having successfully guided both large enterprises and smaller privately held companies through transformation, turnaround, and growth. Mike specializes in aligning financial strategy with business objectives, improving performance, and building long-term value. He brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping business owners achieve clarity, stability, and profitability.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Mike held senior finance leadership roles with LafargeHolcim, Guardian Industries, and Simplify Inventions, where he drove enterprise financial results through strategic planning, operational transformation, and business integration across more than 20 global sites. He has a proven track record of creating value through financial optimization, performance improvement, and leadership of global finance organizations. In addition, Mike has led key merger, acquisition, and divestiture initiatives, guiding integration and carve-out efforts that delivered sustainable business outcomes. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with and Accounting major from Central Michigan University.
