Mickey has extensive experience in M&A transactions, post-merger integration, and operational efficiency initiatives, including outsourcing and re-shoring. Mickey has held senior management roles at leading companies, including Oracle, Cerner, Siemens, and Shared Medical Systems, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Penn State Abington's business school.

Mickey earned his MBA from Penn State University, where he also completed his BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science.
