About
Mike has more than 25 years of executive-level financial management and leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has served as an operationally-focused business leader successful in advancing business strategy, planning, operations, organizational and business process improvement and growth of various sized organizations. Mike has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate investment, development and construction as well as the retail and hospitality industries.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Mike served as CFO and Partner for a start-up organization specializing in high-end, urban residential and multi-family construction. Prior, Mike held various CFO and senior-level finance and asset management positions at real estate development and investment companies. Mike earned a BS in Finance from Franklin University.
