Marty has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in various industries including building materials, furniture, automotive, and small business assistance. He uses his broad background in analysis and modeling, manufacturing accounting, planning, budgeting, and process improvement to drive value.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Marty recently worked for two privately held firms implementing and developing financial systems and processes. Prior to these organizations, he worked in financial and business development roles for a furniture manufacturer/retailer and a building materials manufacturer. Early in his career, he worked in finance for an automotive supplier and for a small business assistance organization.
What attracted you to FocusCFO?
I worked with small businesses for the last few years as well as early in my career, helping the owners improve their operations and achieve their plans. Helping entrepreneurs was very fulfilling. I am excited to continue this work as a member of the Focus CFO team.
