About
Mark brings over 28 years of business experience that includes corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial and operational experience from being co-owner of a residential construction firm.
Before FocusCFO
Mark was co-owner of a residential construction firm where he was responsible for the financial functions of the firm. Prior to being a co-owner, he worked in the corporate finance group at a regional investment bank where he was responsible for public offerings, merger and acquisition transactions and financial advisory projects.
Mark earned his MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and his BA from the University of Rochester.
