Mark has over 25 years of accounting, finance and operations experience in Manufacturing and Distribution with family-owned businesses, foreign-owned subsidiaries and startup ventures. Mark brings a unique perspective having performed both the roles of CFO and General Manager for several businesses. He uses a hands on approach, along with his ability and experience to help improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits, all the while helping to promote continuous cost reductions and improved cash management for the overall success of an organization.

After accepting my first Controller role, I learned the best way to be an effective finance professional is to first learn the business and understand what the pieces are that create the whole operation. This approach has successfully led into General Manager roles, where understanding the business becomes so much more important. When you understand a business, explaining the finances and finding solutions becomes the easy part.
