Marilyn has over 25 years' experience in finance and operations, including experience in Retail, Manufacturing and Financial Services. She has significant experience working with family owned businesses.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to FocusCFO, Marilyn was the CFO for United Dairy Farmer's Inc and General Manager of their Wholesale Division which sells primarily Homemade Brand Ice Cream to the CPG channel As part of the Executive Leadership Team, she participated in the strategic and overall management of the company, managed banking relationship and negotiated loans, and performed cash forecasting, capital budgeting analysis, risk management and profitability analysis.
