About
Lisa brings over 25 years of extensive business and financial expertise, encompassing financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, investor relations, treasury, and controllership. She has a proven track record in enhancing customer and product profitability, implementing strategies to boost cash flow, and supporting companies with acquisition due diligence and integration. Her operational experience includes the application of Lean principles, improving inventory management, and driving operational excellence through superior customer service. Lisa's industry experience spans Manufacturing, Real Estate, Technology, and Hospitality.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Lisa held various senior management positions at prominent companies such as Serta Simmons Bedding, Acuity Brands, WorldPay, and Internap Network Services. She began her career at Deloitte. For over twenty years, Lisa has also been instrumental in supporting her husband in his entrepreneurial ventures.
Lisa received her MBA from Mercer University and her BS in Accounting from Berry College.
