Prior to FocusCFO, Ken spent his career in the life insurance and annuity industry, where he oversaw financial performance, built budgets and forecasts, managed cash flow, and gave leadership the insight they needed to make smart decisions. Along the way, he helped organizations see their numbers more clearly, tighten up their financial processes, find new opportunities to improve profitability, and make better-informed choices about where to grow and invest. That work taught Ken that good financial leadership is about much more than reporting what already happened.
