About
Kate is a dynamic finance leader with over 20 years of experience driving profitability, operational efficiency, and value creation. A proven track record of transforming finance functions, developing financial transparency, optimizing cash flow and costing infrastructures, and leading complex carve out and exit transactions. Kate partners closely with executive teams and financial sponsors to improve performance and strengthen enterprise value.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Kate spent more than 20 years in senior finance roles across private-equity portfolio companies and global public corporations. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Q Holdings, a multinational manufacturer.
Kate’s earlier roles include corporate controller, technical accounting and SEC reporting positions at RGP, Eaton Corporation and CTPartners Executive Search. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers leading audit engagements for clients in manufacturing and real estate. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from the University of Akron.
