John is a hands-on financial executive with over 25 years of experience across public and privately held businesses. Extensive background in CFO and operational leadership roles. Skilled in ERP implementation, acquisition integration, financial modeling, and organizational scaling. Adept at helping small and mid-sized companies instill financial discipline, resolve accounting challenges, and elevate reporting standards.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, John served as GM, COO, CFO and minority owner within several SMB organizations and has served in senior management roles and sales management roles for publicly traded companies (Chiquita Brands and P&G). John received his BA in accounting from Xavier University and began his career at E&Y.
