Jay brings an impressive tenure of over 36 years of financial and accounting experience to the table, having worked with an array of firms from small, private entities to large public corporations, particularly in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.Jay's financial management includes leaning out operations, minimizing Working Capital, creating meaningful KPIs, strategic planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Analysis, and budgeting and forecasting short and long-term plans. Jay's extensive experience and robust financial acumen position him as a trusted advisor capable of driving organizational success.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Jay served in various financial management positions with several firms, including Renk America, L3Harris, GE Aviation and Lockheed-Martin. Jay also served in the U.S. Air Force as a Finance Officer.
