Throughout his career, he has been adept at developing strategy, building infrastructure, streamlining operations, improving performance, generating revenue and increasing profits that have led to 5 successful exits. He brings a hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and the ability to align teams around clear priorities and measurable results.

Jack began his career with Ernst & Young where he co-founded the Entrepreneurial Services Group helping entrepreneurs navigate the unique challenges of owning and managing small businesses. After EY, Jack has held CEO/CFO positions at UltraCare Products, Drypers Corporation, The Limited, O-Cedar Brands. Express Personnel Services, Vertis Communications, GradLeaders, Moby Dick Unlimited and Prescribe FIT. Jack has over 30 years of experience advising and managing privately-owned businesses to provide a pathway to sustainable financial performance.
Jack received his BA, Accounting from Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio in 1983.
