Before FocusCFO
Eric has served in leadership roles with companies ranging from startups to established businesses, including public, private, family-office, and private equity-backed organizations. He has led capital raises, acquisitions, financial restructuring, and operational improvements, developing a practical, hands-on approach to helping businesses navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve sustainable growth.
Eric earned his MBA from the University of North Florida and previously a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida. He has also served on the board of directors of a SaaS company and several nonprofit organizations.
