Dennis is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor with over 35 years of senior financial and operational experience working with Fortune 500, privately held, and start-up organizations in the information technology, information services and healthcare industries. He has transformed businesses into market leaders by developing and achieving strategic goals and objectives and creating an employee-focused environment that motivates employees to deliver exceptional results and customer service. Dennis has extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, capital and operating budgeting, cash flow forecasting, strategic planning, project management and facilities development. Dennis and his wife Lisa have a daughter (Emma) and a son (William) and live in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan.

Before FocusCFO
Over the last 20 years Dennis has led orthopedic groups as CEO, CFO and COO most notably with Midwest Orthopedic at Rush where he oversaw the increase in revenues from $20 million to over $100 million and to national recognition as the 4th ranked program in the nation the highest the program
had ever achieved. He also worked for Dun & Bradstreet for over 10 years in various financial roles.
Dennis earned his Certified Public Accountant's License in 1988 (now inactive) and his Certified Practice Management Designation (now inactive) in 2005.
Dennis graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
