About
Prior to FocusCFO, Deborah spent more than 35 years leading finance operations for small and mid-sized companies in manufacturing, construction, and real estate development. She worked closely with owners through major growth, helping one group of companies grow revenue from under $20 million to more than $90 million while putting the banking relationships, credit, and financial systems in place to support it. Her career began as an auditor with Price Waterhouse before she moved into controller and CFO roles, building teams and securing funding that fueled expansion along the way. That blend of technical depth and hands-on, owner-focused experience is what she brings to growing businesses today.
