Dan spent more than 25 years of experience in corporate financial leadership across project-driven service businesses - spanning construction and project costing, project finance, billings and collections, and cash management - with additional depth in the Energy, Utilities, and Public Power sectors. Experience includes direct work with private equity-backed, municipally owned, and family/founder-owned organizations, in start-up, acquisition, and turnaround environments. Experience also includes debt and equity capital raises, finance department reorganizations, and system implementations. Strong executive management and team development experience.
