About
Dan has more than 35 years experience in executive management and leadership in business finance, management and accounting. Dan loves entrepreneurial spirit and is excited to be given the opportunity at FocusCFO to assist entrepreneurs with the difficult challenges facing them.
Before FocusCFO
Dan previously worked as General Manager, Treasurer, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, VP of Finance, and other senior level positions in private and publicly traded companies with Yoder & Frey, Brambles Equipment USA, T&N Industries (now Federal Mogul) and was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served many clients in a variety of industries. He has diversified knowledge in strategic planning, financial analysis, cash management & working capital management, cost reduction & control, product profitability analysis, process improvement & new systems implementation, risk management, HR operations, multistate operations, mergers/acquisitions, and litigation management. Dan loves entrepreneurial spirit and is excited to be given the opportunity at FocusCFO to assist entrepreneurs with the difficult challenges facing them.
Dan received a BSBA degree in Accounting from Manchester University in North Manchester, Indiana.
