About
Dale is a financial executive with over 40 years of leadership experience in diverse disciplines, including overhauling new acquisitions, cost control, treasury management, debt financing, financial modeling, facilities management, and procurement. He is experienced in health insurance, pharmacy, and non-profit organizations.
Before FocusCFO
After public accounting, Dale spent 27 years with a health insurer where he led various initiatives to finance acquisitions, overhaul the accounting and finance function for new subsidiaries, develop an activity based costing system, and control costs. Later, he totally reorganized the financial function of a $70 million family-owned pharmacy retail chain for more efficient operations and clearer reporting. He continued at a non-profit who doubled in size in five years. Additionally, Dale has almost 10 years of experience in commercial facilities and real estate management and procurement.
