Prior to FocusCFO, Craig served as CEO of MedCerts, a leader in online healthcare and IT certification training. In this role, he led the company through sustained high-growth, delivering 30% revenue and 20% EBITDA CAGR while expanding to serve over 30,000 learners annually and surpassing 100,000 cumulative learners. He diversified the business from a pure direct-to-consumer model to a balanced B2B/B2C portfolio, launched new product verticals, and integrated AI-driven innovation to accelerate product development and enhance customer experience.
In prior roles as both CFO and COO, Craig has played a central role in multiple transactions, including private equity-backed growth, debt restructurings, and strategic exits, consistently strengthening financial performance and positioning companies for long-term value creation.
