Chris brings more than 20 years of proven success in sales and sales leadership, with a career built on driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results. Throughout his career, Chris has consistently demonstrated a strong track record of managing and coaching teams to achieve superior performance.

An entrepreneur at heart, Chris built and grew a small business from the ground up before successfully selling it to another company. This experience gave him a unique perspective on business ownership, operations, and leadership—insight that continues to shape his approach to guiding clients and teams today.

Prior to joining FocusCFO, Chris served as Director of Business Development at UnitedHealth Group, where he led strategic initiatives, cultivated client relationships, and helped expand the organization’s market presence.
