My professional background is rooted in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Food, Woven Composite Materials, SUP, Plastics, Fiberglass Insulation and Bath and Bedding Industries. My expertise lies in delivering strategic financial leadership, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable growth and cost reduction. I excel at collaborating with diverse teams and leveraging my extensive background to drive strategic growth and optimize productivity. Prior to joining FocusCFO, Carla served as Chief Financial Officer at DiscoverFresh Foods, a single-owner food manufacturer of spreads and dips.
