Ashoka is a Senior Finance and Operations leader with over 35 years of experience across finance, treasury, HR, and legal functions in high-growth technology and diverse business environments. He has a proven track record of scaling a startup from $2M to over $700M in global revenue, driving operational excellence, and expanding teams from under 50 to more than 6,000 employees worldwide.
Ashoka brings deep expertise in strategic growth, global tax and regulatory compliance, and end-to-end M&A execution—including acquisitions, asset purchases, and complex cross-border transactions. He played a key leadership role in both the IPO and subsequent delisting of a publicly listed Indian parent company, and secured innovative cross-border financing to enable strategic initiatives.
He also offers nonprofit governance experience through long-standing board and treasurer roles, ensuring strong financial oversight and compliance.
Today, Ashoka leverages this global, cross-functional experience to help small and mid-sized businesses navigate complexity, strengthen financial clarity, and achieve sustainable growth.

Over the years, he has led Finance, Treasury, Legal, and HR functions, gaining a well-rounded perspective on how businesses operate and grow.
Ashoka has a degree in Economics (University of Delhi) and a JD (Bachelors at Law) from India.
