Anthony has more than 25 years of experience building shareholder value in the small to low end of the middle market CAP healthcare service sector. Primarily, with PE backed multi-site, multi-state companies. Anthony is well versed in companies experiencing transformation, as well as companies growing through organic, de-novo and M&A growth. Anthony also has experience in other industries including restaurants, retail, property management, and manufacturing. Anthony partners with Management to oversee financial health,scale and build best-in-class organizations, foster winning culture, and set direction for business growth while maintaining profitability.

Anthony brings years of experience as a CFO for multiple private equity–backed companies with revenues ranging from $5 million to $100 million. He successfully led one organization from a cash-based operation to a public offering in under 18 months and has served as CFO for several companies undergoing financial and operational turnarounds. Throughout his career, Anthony has been a key member of executive management teams, helping organizations achieve cash flow profitability and positive EBITDA performance. He specializes in executing impactful financial transformations in turnaround environments and driving sustainable growth through both organic and inorganic strategies.
