Tim Roche

Tim has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in finance, operations, and information technology. Experience working with privately owned and start-up businesses in the healthcare and finance environments. History of working with the company's teams to increase cash flow, improve operations and define strategy. Experience also includes acquisitions and integrations and obtaining financing to suit the business.

Before FocusCFO

Tim started his career in real estate syndication eventually moving on to international banking as a VP - Technology. From there, he has held several C-suite roles including CFO, COO, and CIO with private companies in the financial data and healthcare industries. He has more than 20 years of experience working with start-up private companies.

Tim received his MBA from DePaul University and previously a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

    • What is your favorite way to spend time? Spending time with my family, whether it is going on vacation or just meeting up for dinner.
    • What did you want to be when you grew up? An architect. In some ways, I did end up being an architect, but of companies instead of buildings.
    • What are you passionate about? I enjoy helping people fix their problems. It can be a business owner trying to make their organization work better, a coworker with a car that does not run, or a friend who just needs a ride to the doctor's office.
