Ron has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and sales operations, working directly with senior business leaders. He has experience in the financial services, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Ron possesses an in-depth understanding of financial budgeting and reporting, strategic planning, and the sales process. He also has strong executive management experience.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Ron served in several senior management roles with companies such as JPMorgan, Nationwide Financial, Diamond Hill Capital Management, Borden, and KPMG. He has proven abilities in financial management, profitability improvement, strategic planning, and overseeing sales infrastructure. Ron received his BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
