During that time Marcus has successfully coached, trained and developed sales associates by strategically and tactically finding ways to grow and gain market share. Marcus has an extensive background working with business owners to find ways to grow their business and increase margins.

Prior to FocusCFO, Marcus spent the past 8 years working in Home Healthcare allowing senior citizens to age in place.
