Dan brings over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, sales leadership, strategic planning, global commerce, and day to day operations. His experience includes organization wide engagement in sales, finance, operations, & manufacturing processes. Dan's approach is guided through motivating, empowering, servant leadership, developing individuals & teams to deliver organizational growth and success.
Before FocusCFO
Dan previously worked leading sales & marketing teams in the steel and chemical industries, including the Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industries. He gained experience in M&A through corporate merger and recently through teamwork, successfully preparing a growing family owned business for sale in the pharmaceutical chemical industry. He gained an AS in Electronic Engineering from Cincinnati State and BA in Business Administration from Thomas More College with emphasis in management. Dan is a life-long Southwest Ohio native and lives in Loveland, Ohio.
