About
Tom has over 30 years of experience in areas of finance and accounting, business planning and development, as well as continuous cost and profitability improvement for small-medium sized businesses within both public and private equity manufacturing companies.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Tom held several senior finance/accounting management positions with large public companies Avery Dennison, Rio-Tinto Alcan, and ParkOhio, as well as with smaller PE companies including the HC Companies and Q Holding Company. Served as finance leader for business units ranging from $25 million-$300 million in size. Received a BS in Accounting, MBA, and JD degrees from Indiana University.
