About
Quoc serves as the Area President for FocusCFO in the Triangle, NC. He is also actively engaged as a fractional CFO for businesses across the Triangle and Triad, helping owners improve financial clarity, operational discipline, and long-term value.
He helped establish the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI), a national organization focused on small business owners grow value and transition their businesses.
Quoc brings more than 15 years of global finance and leadership experience, including senior roles with Guggenheim Partners and Goldman Sachs across India, China, and Japan. He is the co-founder of Next Level Communication, a strategic communications advisory in Asia, and Snow Fox Partners, a U.S. investment manager focused on real estate and private equity. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco.
Quoc holds an MBA from New York University and dual undergraduate degrees in Information Systems and Business Management from Marietta College. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
Outside of work, Quoc is an active member of Rotary and supports community-focused initiatives across the Triangle.

Before FocusCFO
Quoc has significant experience in finance and start-ups. He co-founded Next Level Communication, a strategic communication advisory based in Asia. He is also the co-founder of Snow Fox Partners, a US-based investment manager with a focus on real estate and private equity.
Prior to this, Quoc has over 15 years of finance experience with Guggenheim Partners and Goldman Sachs, including more than 12 years in senior leadership roles spanning India, China, and Japan. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco.
Quoc received an MBA from New York University. He previously received a BS in Information Systems and a BA in Business Management from Marietta College in Ohio. Quoc is also a CFA® charterholder.
