Kelly is a people-centered, results oriented Executive Leader with over 30 years of experience across Finance, Control and Human Resources. A proven leader known for developing and delivering strategic initiatives that drive value and a positive client and employee experience. A respected collaborator with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and engage key stakeholders across functions and hierarchies. Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Kelly had an interesting career that has allowed her to leverage her passion for numbers to craft the story that engages leaders and employees to work together. She spent 18 years in a traditional finance capacity doing planning, analysis, capital, sales and cost forecasting, new business investment and contingency planning. She spent 8 years leading the Control & Compliance agenda where she was able to lead integration efforts to merge two companies, inclusive of their systems and people into a larger business model. Kelly then moved into Total Rewards and Human Resources with a broader focus on delivering a better employee experience through activating technology, training and building a healthy culture, leading to a reduction in employee turnover while reducing the redundant cost of manual activities. Kelly has received her Certified Business Exit Consultant certification and has been working with business owners to understand their exit options, de-risk and build enterprise value of their business.
