She is known for turning big-picture ideas into practical action, creating trust across teams, and building a culture of autonomy, transparency, and shared success.
Jess shares, "At my core, I believe great marketing is about connection — between people, teams, and ideas — and that the best results come from strategies rooted in clarity, curiosity, and collaboration."
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Jess led marketing at EOS Worldwide, a growing entrepreneurial operating system company with a unique franchise-based business model. In that role, she was responsible for supporting and scaling the marketing department from the ground up — one that could serve the organization and a rapidly growing network of independent franchisees.
Her work included developing a marketing foundation and unified brand, launching go-to-market plans for new products and events, and creating scalable demand-generation programs supporting direct and partner-driven growth. She also helped implement systems and processes to better align marketing with sales, community, and operations, ensuring that both internal teams and the franchise community had the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
That experience deepened Jess' passion for creating structure in complex, disconnected environments and integrating marketing programs that balance brand consistency with scale.
- What is your favorite way to spend free time? I find any excuse to start a new house project or get outside. Whether it’s coming up with a new way to redesign something, tackling a painting project, hiking through the woods with my dog, or getting my hands in the yard, I love anything that lets me be creative and active. It's my way to recharge!
- What was your favorite vacation? It's nothing too fancy, but La Jolla, CA - There's something about the area and weather that forces you to slow down and be present in the moment.
- Something most people don't know about you: I used to do hair and makeup for weddings and have been lucky to be part of dozens of wedding days. It was such a special experience to help people feel their best on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
