Jeff has over 37 years of diverse experience in finance & accounting, operations, business ownership, and international business having worked across multiple industries including construction services, manufacturing, home services contracting, and distribution & service.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Jeff has owned a tree service contracting business, served in financial leadership roles for multiple family-owned businesses for 17 years, worked for 10 years at publicly-traded companies, and began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Jeff received his MBA from Marquette University and his BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
- What is your favorite way to spend free time? Riding my Harley through the Tennessee hills and mountains.
- What was your favorite vacation? A trip to Portugal with my wife right after Covid restrictions were lifted in Europe.
- Who/what is your favorite musical artist/or song? REM as a younger adult. Currently can't get enough of Chris Stapleton.

Having been exposed to entrepreneurial businesses early in my career and enjoying the spirit of this environment, I look forward to the opportunity to work with these types of businesses again and assist ownership in achieving their goals and aspirations.
