Hunter Johnson

Hunter has over 25 years experience in finance and engineering, having worked across multiple industries including defense, computer equipment, automotive manufacturing, financial services, multi-point retail, green energy, apparel, marketing, and digital health. His strengths include corporate strategy and strategic finance, helping entrepreneurial business units and small- and mid-cap companies organize for scalable growth, and metrics-based process improvement.

Before FocusCFO

Prior to joining FocusCFO,Hunter has served in several senior management roles with companies such as Ocwen Financial, JPMorgan Chase, Asbury Automotive Group, DaimlerChrysler AG and Chrysler Corporation, and General Electric. He has also held senior management roles in private equity- and venture capital-funded portfolio companies, and has successfully grown and subsequently executed exits.
Hunter earned his MBA from Indiana University and a BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
