Greg’s 42 years of military, management, CEO, CFO, and board experience enable him to recognize opportunities, solve problems, assess risk, and develop the performance metrics necessary to measure results, set growth targets, and build value. His background includes budgeting, purchasing, forecasting, financial analysis, M&A, turnaround, and growth strategies. Greg has participated in and managed successful exits, 2nd generation hand-offs, bank relationships, and financing deals.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Greg was an Army Engineer Officer, CEO, CFO, Director, and Entrepreneur. He has navigated exits, mergers, acquisitions, corporate litigation, growth strategies, employee incentivization, and performance management, leading to successful outcomes for shareholders. Greg has extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, and insurance and has worked with and for companies such as Fifth Third Bank, FKI Logistics, AIM-MRO, ARXX Building Products, ARC Building Group, Inc., and Signature Risk Partners.
Greg earned his BA from the University of Cincinnati, is a recipient of the Army Commendation Medal, and was honorably discharged as a Captain from the United States Army Reserve.
