Donna has 30+ years of global financial and business experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, data analytics / machine learning, consumer services, elderly care, hospitality and non-profit organizations. Her focus has been on business and financial transformation, taking companies to the next level whether it be start-up, expansionary, or distressed organizations.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Donna held several financial leadership positions with companies such as General Motors, Delphi Corporation (Now Aptiv), Dura Automotive, and VeraData LLC. Most recently, she was a project consultant for a variety of private and private equity companies. Additionally, Donna has volunteered and served on the Boards of several non-profit organizations in the metropolitan Detroit area and southwest Florida.
Donna received her MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
- What is your favorite way to spend free time? Golfing, traveling and golfing, spending time with family and friends while golfing, laughing and golfing, spending time with God while golfing (ok - you get the picture).

- What was your favorite vacation? European golfing trips with my mom, dad and my husband, Dan.

I love helping people, personally and professionally. I also love analyzing, strategizing, solving for solutions and then executing them. I always dreamed of taking the knowledge I gained from so many mentors, starting with my father, and all the opportunities I was afforded throughout my career, to help smaller organizations succeed operationally, financially and intrinsically. FocusCFO gives me that opportunity.
